Dear Sir,
The recent efforts of AICTE to bring transparency by the use of Information Technology (IT) is really commendable, and need appreciation. The suggestion by AICTE to use Free and Open Source software is also highly appreciable (Ref: "Open Source" on page http://www.aicte-india.org/bfreedownloads.htm ).
